Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Back End Developer role based in Dehradun. The Back End Developer will design, implement, and maintain scalable server-side services and APIs that power IntelligenceX’s SaaS platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include building secure and efficient backend architectures, integrating with front-end applications, optimizing database interactions, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security across the stack. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, writing automated tests, and contributing to architectural decisions for new features and products. The developer will help improve existing services, troubleshoot production issues, and support continuous deployment and monitoring practices.

Minimum Experience

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including API design, database integration, and server-side performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development and Programming skills,



with proficiency in at least one modern programming language commonly used in backend systems.
- Candidates should possess a clear understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in designing maintainable, testable code.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Front-End Development concepts to collaborate effectively with UI engineers and ensure seamless integration.
- Relevant skills and qualifications include experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs, relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (e.g., Git), and secure coding practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dehradun, collaborate in a team environment, communicate clearly, and adapt to evolving cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
