Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for CCTV installation, access control system implementation, biometric integration, and electronic security solutions.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and resolve problems related to fire alarm systems (FAS), intruder alarm systems (IAS), public address systems (PAS), building management systems (BMS).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for all project deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
