- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
(Mechatronics, Electronics, or Embedded Systems preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in engineering
, and/ or cross-functional team leadership, including 7+ years in leadership roles
- Proven ability to drive organizational transformation, embedding an ownership and accountability mindset while fostering a culture of high performance.
- Proven success in
building and sustaining high-performing Current Product Development (NPD) teams
- Strong exposure to global work environments, including extended collaboration or assignments in
Europe and/or the US
for an extended period of
minimum 2 years
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment within a complex global organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels
- Proven experience in building, scaling, and leading large engineering organizations (40+ members), preferably within global engineering centers.

- Nice to have – Working knowledge in
Valves & Air Preparation, Actuators, and Marine Proportional Control systems

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
Team and People Development
- Drive organizational transformation to embed accountability and ownership in NPD.
- Define and execute a clear engineering vision across structure, talent, processes, and technology.
- Develop talent strategies aligned with global and local business priorities
- Lead and develop a team of ~20 engineers, scaling the organization to double its size by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, FPGA design and Project Management while building strong technical depth and leadership capabilities.
