- Working Drawing Preparation:
- Prepare detailed working drawings for the entire project, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Ensure all drawings are dimensionally accurate, reflect the design intent, and meet project specifications.
- Review design documents for compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Detailed Section Drawings:
- Produce detailed section drawings that represent vertical cut-throughs of the building to illustrate internal construction, material layers, and structural details.
- Focus on areas requiring in-depth analysis, such as foundations, walls, floors, and roof connections.
- Detailed Elevation Drawings:
- Prepare explicit, scaled elevation drawings of all building facades, showing exterior details such as windows, doors, and architectural features.
- Specify materials, finishes, and surface treatments for the building’s exterior elements.
- Electrical Detailing:
- Create detailed electrical drawings,



including the layout of circuits, outlets, lighting fixtures, panel locations, and wiring connections.
- Work closely with electrical engineers to ensure the electrical system is properly integrated into the building design.
- Plumbing Detailing:
- Develop plumbing drawings that include the layout of pipes, drains, water supply, fixtures, and valves.
- Provide details on plumbing connections, materials, and specifications to ensure the system meets code requirements and is operational.
- Tiles Laying Detailing:
- Create detailed drawings for tile layouts in bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and other areas.
- Specify tile types, grout lines, installation patterns, and material finishes.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure proper tile installation procedures are followed.
- Landscape Detailing:
- Prepare detailed landscaping drawings that include plant layouts, irrigation systems, pathways, and outdoor structures.
