The Role

We're looking for a motivated, creative UX Design Intern who's eager to learn, experiment, and contribute from day one. Working alongside an experienced UX team, you'll get hands-on exposure to the full design process — from user research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing. Perfect for someone passionate about solving complex problems and crafting intuitive digital experiences.

What You'll Do
- Assist with user research and lead research to create content for Stikkman's social channels.
- Build wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma or Adobe XD.




- Support high-fidelity UI design following brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers and senior designers to bring solutions to life.
- Contribute to design critiques and brainstorming sessions.
- Work on real, high-impact client projects end to end.

What You'll Bring
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma/course in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Basic grasp of UX principles, user research, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with Figma, and a good eye for typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and a genuine hunger to learn.

Nice to Have
- Experience in graphic design or UI animation.
- Basic HTML/CSS (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility guidelines.
- A portfolio of design work — academic or personal.
