Role Description
The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving sales, distribution,



and business growth within an assigned geographic area. This role involves developing and implementing territory-level sales plans, managing and supporting distribution partners, and building strong relationships with intermediaries and customers. The Territory Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to expand the customer base and product penetration. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines, conducting training and motivation sessions for channel partners, and maintaining high standards of customer service and retention. The role also requires preparing regular reports, forecasts, and updates for leadership to support strategic decision-making.
