Microsoft Fabric Developer Database Development & ETL

Job Summary

We are looking for a Microsoft Fabric Developer with 46 years of experience in Database Development, ETL, and Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and up-to-date data integration techniques. Experience with Qlik Sense or other data visualization tools is preferred.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytics and insights

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Fabric Development
- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
- Build and manage Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Data Factory components.
- Develop scalable and reliable data pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
- Monitor and optimize Fabric workloads to ensure high performance and availability.

Database Development & ETL
- Design, develop,



and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple source systems.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality.
- Optimize database performance through query tuning and indexing.

Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Create reusable datasets, semantic models, and data visualizations to support business reporting.
- Design DAX measures, calculated columns, and Power Query transformations.
- Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience with Qlik Sense or other visualization tools is an added advantage.

Data Management & Governance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across enterprise data platforms.
