Junior accountants support senior staff by managing daily financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and processing accounts payable and receivable. They also assist with bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and preparing month-end financial reports under supervision.

Core Financial Operations
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process and issue invoices, record payments, and follow up on outstanding client balances.
- Reconciliation: Compare bank statements against the company's internal general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Expense Management: Track petty cash, verify employee expense reports, and ensure all receipts match company spending policies.
- Data Entry: Accurately log financial data, post journal entries, and maintain updated financial databases.





Reporting and Compliance
- Month-End Close: Assist senior accountants with closing procedures by compiling data for balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Tax and Audits: Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits and assist with filing periodic tax returns (e.g., GST or VAT filings).
- Payroll Processing: Gather and input payroll expenses, update records, and assist with resolving payroll discrepancies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
