Role & responsibilities
- lead end-to-end implementation of supply chain projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Implement SCM solutions related to warehousing, logistics, transportation, inventory management, and procurement.
- Support ERP/WMS/TMS implementation and integration activities.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to management.
- Conduct user training and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain preferred.
