Role Description
The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.



The specialist will collaborate with growth and marketing teams to follow up on leads generated by AI agents and digital campaigns, schedule meetings or demos, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting relevant solutions, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring a smooth handover to the account or execution teams. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes, and supporting a high standard of customer experience.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-ups.
- Robust focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring positive interactions and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
