Role Description
This full-time Interior Designer role is based on-site in Gurugram. The Interior Designer will develop concepts and layouts for residential and/or commercial spaces, focusing on space planning, material selection, and overall aesthetics. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design presentations, creating detailed drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing implementation of design intent on site. The role involves specifying FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment),



ensuring design solutions meet client requirements, project timelines, and quality standards. The Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and support project documentation throughout the design and execution phases.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Space Planning and Interior Design skills to develop functional, productive, and visually cohesive layouts.
- Candidates should possess foundational Architecture knowledge and experience working with Construction Drawings for accurate design documentation.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; expertise, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with project concepts.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of MS Office.
