We are seeking a talented individual to join our BCS Delivery team at Marsh Tech, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fullstack (MERN) Developer to join our BCS Delivery Team. In this role, you will contribute to building foundational enterprise-wide solutions focused on document ingestion, unstructured data storage, knowledge management, and process automation. Your work will solve some of the toughest challenges across Marsh, delivering scalable and resilient services that support large user bases and critical revenue streams.



You will collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic environment, leveraging cutting-edge technologies including AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive innovation and operational excellence. This position will be based in Noida.
