Job Description – Sales Manager

MediHSE Training Academy LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Safety Management Services. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales experience, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to generate business from corporate clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Safety Management Services.
- Identify and develop new corporate clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client meetings.
- Promote the company's services, including:
- EHS Consultancy
- Safety Audits
- Safety Training Programs
- Industrial Safety Staffing
- Fire & Emergency Management
- Rescue Team Deployment
- Rope Access Services
- HSE Documentation & Compliance
- Medical & Safety Manpower Services
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify current business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.

EligibilityEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Experience in Safety Management Services, EHS Consultancy, Industrial Training, Facility Management, Technical Services, or Staffing will be preferred.
- Strong network with corporate and industrial clients is an advantage.
