Role & responsibilities

Role Overview As a UI/UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications, postings, pamphlets etc. - from understanding user needs and business workflows to creating scalable, accessible, and developer-ready designs. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces while ensuring consistency across products, strong usability, and practical implementation feasibility.

Required Skills
- 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web or enterprise applications. Strong proficiency in Figma and other UI UX- AI development tools like (Uizard, Framer, Galileo, UX Pilot, etc.) including auto layout, variants, components, styles, prototyping, design libraries, and developer handoff. Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and user research methods. Experience designing responsive web applications across desktop, tablet, and browser-based workflows.



Strong knowledge of typography, spacing, color theory, grids, layout, visual hierarchy, and enterprise UI patterns. Hands-on experience with design systems, reusable component libraries, UI patterns, and design documentation. Understanding of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1/2.2, contrast ratios, keyboard navigation, focus states, and screen-reader friendly design. Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, Bootstrap or other similar UI frameworks, and front-end development constraints. Basic understanding of JavaScript behavior, component-based development, APIs, data tables, forms, validation states, and role-based workflows. Experience collaborating with development teams using Azure DevOps for user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and issue tracking.
