You are Responsible for:

Act as the lead legal advisor for labour and employment for cross-functional teams, including
operations, nance, marketing, and HR. Your guidance will be essential in aligning business




objectives with legal integrity. Stay ahead of legal changes/laws, to proactively mitigate risk and
guide internal teams toward full compliance.
Enforce compliance by drafting and negotiating labor and employment contracts that adhere to
all legal and regulatory mandates. You will lead negotiations with internal/external parties to
secure favorable terms for the company.

Manage and resolve employment disputes and investigations and law related matters/cases
Identify and eliminate legal risks related to labour and employment across business operations
and contracts. Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to shield the company
from liability.

Implement a centralized contract management system and enforce strict processes for the entire
contract lifecycle. You will be accountable for tracking obligations and critical dates to ensure
zero lapses.
