Fried Chicken Chef (Experienced)

Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (10-hour shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Fried Chicken Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality fried chicken and be confident in all aspects of kitchen operations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, maintains excellent hygiene standards, and can work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fried chicken according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment and machines safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Store ingredients correctly and maintain stock rotation (FIFO).
- Assist with inventory management and report shortages or wastage.
- Minimize food waste through proper preparation and storage.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.




- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, fryers, and work areas at the end of each shift.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Fried Chicken Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of frying techniques and chicken preparation.
- Experience with chopping, marination, coating, and food preparation.
- Ability to operate commercial fryers, food preparation machines, and other kitchen equipment.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Responsible, punctual, honest, and hardworking.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
