Role & responsibilities

To support the Plant HR function by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, Support to statutory compliance, employee engagement, Support to training coordination, and general HR administration, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and labour laws.

1.Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
- Complete induction and onboarding formalities for recent employees.

2.Attendance & Payroll Support
- Maintain daily attendance and biometric records.
- Verify late marks, overtime, shifts, and leave records.
- Prepare and submit payroll inputs accurately within timelines.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance and payroll-related queries.

3.Assist to Statutory Compliance
- Assist in PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other statutory documentation.




- Maintain employee records in compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Support labour inspections and statutory audits by preparing required documents.
- Employee Relations
- Address routine employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in grievance handling and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Promote discipline and adherence to company rules.

4. Assist to Training & Performance Management
- Coordinate induction and departmental training programs.
- Maintain training attendance and records.
- Assist in probation reviews, employee confirmations, and performance appraisal processes.

5. HR Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Update employee data in HRMS/ERP systems.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS related to manpower, recruitment, attendance, and attr
