- Responsible for managing a recruitment team
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for the open positions
- Understand requirement, create JDs, post
- Responsible for performance of team members
- Responsible for recruitment of assigned profiles
Requirements:
- Must have 4+ years experience primarily in recruitment is a must
- Must have BBA or MBA or related UG/PG
- Must have experience in managing a recruitment team
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have experience in Indeed, Naukri and Linkdin
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
