Position: Back Office Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Back Office Intern to support our daily administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in operations and administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating company records, databases, and documents.




- Perform data entry with accuracy and ensure data integrity.
- Support the team in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and MIS documents.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle basic administrative responsibilities, including documentation and record management.
- Assist with email correspondence and follow-ups as required.
- Perform other back-office and operational support tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
