Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saraswati Vihar. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing partnerships,
and expanding PRISM’s presence across key markets and segments. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering proposals and pitches, and negotiating commercial terms that align with PRISM’s growth strategy. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams to design scalable solutions for partners, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for leadership. The Business Development Manager will represent PRISM at industry events, maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, and ensure relationship management that supports long-term, sustainable growth.
