Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Siliguri. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and layouts for book covers, interior pages, promotional materials, and digital assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with editors and authors to understand design needs, developing and refining design concepts, and preparing print-ready files that meet production standards. The role involves maintaining consistent branding across titles, selecting appropriate typography and imagery, and ensuring designs are accessible and reader-friendly.



The Graphic Designer will also support marketing initiatives with graphics for campaigns, social media, and other communication channels.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to help develop and maintain visual identities for series and imprints.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for book layouts.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with print production processes.
