Role Overview – Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced Social Media Manager to handle and grow our digital presence across platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media posting, community engagement, and storytelling that highlights our rescue missions,



shelter life, and impact stories.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, can create meaningful content, and wants to work for a solid social cause.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.

Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, rescues, and Trust activities.

Write engaging captions, reels scripts, and post/story content.

Coordinate with the ground rescue/shelter team for photos/videos and real-time updates.

Edit basic videos/reels and create high-quality creatives (posts, stories, banners, posters).

Handle community engagement: comments, DMs, supporter queries, and responses.

Track performance insights (reach, engagement, growth) and share weekly/monthly reports.

Work on donation-focused campaigns and promotion of supporter initiatives.
