7. Good orientation on finance (key ratios and metrics)

8. Knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational people supply management, Employee engagement and safety

10. Good knowledge of Income Tax Act, FCRA, GST, Labor Laws (PT, PF, ESI) & any other laws which are applicable to NGOs

Work Experience: 2-3 years of working experience of accounting package, payroll

package, Experience in risk management and compliance.

Educational requirements:



B com / M com / MBA with 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting field / Completed CA article ship

Operational

A1. Operational - routine

 Verification of bills/vouchers/claims/requests/ITMs related to asset, liability, expenses & income

entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

 Documents financial transactions by entering account information

 Statutory deduction & booking

 Budget verification before spending

 Managing & accounting petty cash

 Issue of receipts for donation & other receipts

 Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

 Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

 Support achieving of accounts documents

 Coordinating bank work – cash/cheque deposit, withdrawal, purchase of DD & BG, other requests

& enquiries

 Clarification to program/project staffs

 Any other job as & when assigned
