Job Description :
- Responsible for making offers through SAP and booking sales orders in SAP
- Follow up of dispatch documents internally with Logistics team and communicating with Customers directly
- Updating clients on shipping dates, backorders, and stock-outs.
- Handling reorders in discusion with sales
- Interaction with the Local and Global colleagues for continuos improvment
- Vendor Registration
- To collaborate and align with sales team on Local and Global strategy, Participation in periodic meetings, supporting key customers and seeking way to gain competitive advantage
- Manage and Develop External Audits and Internal controls
- To prioritise tasks and manage their time effectively to achieve sales goals.
