Role: Business Development Manager

We are looking for a high-energy and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales
and strategic partnerships for Hydron across corporate, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and institutional
segments.
The ideal candidate should have strong corporate/B2B sales experience and the ability to independently
manage the complete sales cycle in a quick-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities





Drive B2B sales for Hydron products and solutions across Mumbai and surrounding markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate outreach, networking, and
relationship management.
Build and manage relationships with decision-makers across corporates, manufacturing units,
pharma companies, hospitals, wellness centers, and institutions.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, negotiations, closures,
onboarding, and account management.
Work closely with leadership on market expansion and business growth strategies.
Maintain strong pipeline management and sales reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams for execution and customer experience.
¢ Represent Hydron in client meetings, events, and business discussions.
¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
