Cloud Migration Specialist:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Migration Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to lead and execute cloud migration initiatives within our healthcare insurance organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in migrating complex workloads to Azure, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure aligned with healthcare industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects using Azure Migrate, Database Migration Service (DMS), and Azure Site Recovery.
- Design and implement Azure infrastructure components including Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Security.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing infrastructure and define migration strategies.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for consistent and repeatable deployments.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data protection regulations (e.g., HIPAA) during migration and post-migration phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and migration processes.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and stakeholders
