Role Description
The EA HR Admin will provide executive administrative support to leadership while managing key HR and office administration activities. This full time, on-site position is based in Gurugram and involves coordinating calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports and documentation.



The role includes supporting HR operations such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment logistics, onboarding coordination, and HR-related communication. The EA HR Admin will handle correspondence, prepare presentations and reports, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and partners, maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, documentation, and handling expense reports.
