Role Description
The Billing Engineer role at Soham Group is a full-time, on-site position based in West Bengal, India. This role involves preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQs), validating measurements, and ensuring accurate billing for construction and development projects. The Billing Engineer will perform rate analysis, coordinate with project and site teams, and reconcile contractor and vendor bills with work done on site. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed billing records, supporting quantity surveying activities, and providing analytical insights to optimize project costs. The role also requires close collaboration with finance, procurement, and project management teams to ensure timely approvals and payments.

- Experience in real estate or infrastructure projects, with familiarity in local regulations and standards in West Bengal or India.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant engineering or billing software, with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage timelines in a fast-paced project environment.
