1️⃣ Tender Manager

Lead our end-to-end tendering operations on the GeM portal and other government e-procurement platforms.

What we're looking for:

▪️ Graduate/Post-graduate (Commerce, Business, or related field)

▪️ 4–8 years of experience in tender management, with strong hands-on expertise on the
GeM Portal
(bid participation, catalogue management, bid/RA submissions)

▪️ Sound knowledge of e-tendering platforms (CPPP, eProcurement), EMD, bid documentation & compliance

▪️ Ability to lead a team, track tenders, and drive win rates

▪️ Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills

2️⃣ Tender Executive

Support daily tender operations and GeM portal activities.





What we're looking for:

▪️ Graduate in any discipline

▪️ 1–3 years of experience in tender/bid processing (freshers may also apply)

▪️ Working knowledge of the
GeM Portal
, bid uploads, document preparation & follow-ups

▪️ Good MS Office skills and attention to detail

▪️ Willingness to learn and grow
