Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Franchise Sales Manager who can handle high-value leads and convert them into successful franchise partners. This role is strictly performance-based and ideal for candidates with strong closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for franchise sales
- Explain business model and investment details to prospects
- Conduct calls, follow-ups, and close high-ticket deals (₹1.5L+)
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently

Target & Performance:
- Monthly Target: 3–5 Franchise Closures
- Average Deal Size: ₹1.5L+
- This is a target-driven role, and performance will be closely monitored

Incentives:
- Incentive: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per successful closure
