We're looking for a highly detail-oriented Finance Operations Executive who enjoys bringing structure, accuracy, and discipline to financial operations.

Role Overview

As a Finance Operations Executive, you will own the day-to-day accounting operations across multiple client accounts and internal entities. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that financial records are accurate, reconciled, audit-ready, and always up to date.

You will work closely with external Chartered Accountants by preparing accurate financial data for statutory compliance while ensuring smooth financial operations for both Indian businesses and clients with international holding structures.

Key Responsibilities





Accounts Receivable
- Generate and issue client invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain customer ledgers.
- Track collections and outstanding receivables.
- Prepare receivables ageing reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams on billing queries.

Accounts Payable
- Record vendor invoices and bills.
- Process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
- Verify supporting documentation before processing payments.
- Maintain vendor ledgers.
- Prepare payable ageing reports.

Banking & Reconciliation
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile credit card transactions.
- Identify and clear suspense or unmatched entries.
- Ensure all receipts and payments are accurately recorded.

Accounting Operations
- Pass journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Assist in monthly financial closing activities.
