About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Networking Software Engineering Leader specializing in Presales and Delivery to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru.



This senior leadership role requires a seasoned professional with over 20 years of industry experience in network software engineering, particularly within telecom and large-scale networking systems. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of wireline, wireless, access, core, transport, IP/MPLS, VNFs, and high-performance data plane technologies such as DPDK. This role involves owning end-to-end responsibility from pre-sales engagements through to successful delivery of complex networking solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, a solution partner to sales teams, and a technical guide to delivery teams, ensuring the seamless execution of proofs of concept (PoCs) and deployment of production-grade solutions.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in telecom or large-scale networking systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing technical teams.
- Proven track record in presales activities, solution architecture
