Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented B2B Sales Counselor to develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, training partners, and business associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, promoting Aimlay's services, conducting presentations, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, educational institutions, and business partners.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable education and professional development solutions.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
