The foundation works in education, livelihood, and life skills with a strong focus on youth empowerment. Its key initiatives include industry-relevant vocational training in Electronics, Telecom, and Renewable Energy, hands-on STEM education that introduces learners to 3D Printing, IoT, and Robotics, and awareness campaigns on e-waste management for school students and youth. Role Description
TThe Project Coordinator / State Project Manager will be responsible for driving placement initiatives by establishing and maintaining solid relationships with ITIs,



industry partners, and employers. The role involves coordinating with ITIs for student mobilization, supporting the internal Placement Team, and ensuring timely achievement of placement targets across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategic plans for regional placement operations.
- Set project-wise placement targets and closely monitor progress.
- Analyze market demand and industry trends to identify job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service and manufacturing industries.
- Visit ITIs, meet Principals and staff to generate student mobilization for placement.
- Coordinate with ITIs to understand student profiles and placement requirements.
- Identify suitable job opportunities and Apprenticeship programs for students.
- Provide support in organizing campus interviews, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions across the region.
