About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our sales operations, marketing initiatives, and team performance. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth.

You will oversee sales strategy, marketing campaigns, team management, and product coordination for our SaaS-based PR distribution platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication, project management, and business development skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Project Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SaaS platform.
- Coordinate with the development team on feature enhancements, bug fixes, product improvements, and recent releases.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 employees.
- Assign daily responsibilities and monitor progress.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and productivity assessments.
- Define KPIs and ensure accountability across the team.
- Mentor, motivate, and support team members to achieve organizational goals.

Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Establish relationships with startups, enterprises, agencies, and business owners.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets for yourself and the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare revenue forecasts and reports.

Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance.
- Identify current customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
