Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller (QC) to ensure that all food products meet the highest quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of food quality control procedures, HACCP, FSSAI guidelines, and hygiene practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished food products for quality.
- Monitor food preparation and production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
- Conduct routine hygiene and sanitation inspections in production areas.
- Check product quality, taste, appearance, temperature, and shelf life.
- Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Purchase departments to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor pest control, cleaning schedules, and sanitation practices.




- Assist during internal and external food safety audits.
- Train employees on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in the food industry, hotels, restaurants, or food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and ISO 22000 standards.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Good communication and reporting skills.
