We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter who can drive end-to-end recruitment and deliver quality talent solutions.

Important Note: We are looking for candidates who have been working closely with the TCS client in their recent or current assignment.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source and attract top IT talent through LinkedIn, job portals & referrals
• Understand client requirements and identify the right candidates
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidate interviews
• Drive offer closures and ensure smooth onboarding
• Build robust candidate pipelines for current & future requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve hiring goals

What Were Looking For:

1+ years of experience in #Contract staffing and #IT recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills




Good understanding of IT skills & technologies
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet targets
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Location- Bangalore( 32/4, Sky Walk Avenue, 32/4, Hosur Rd, Muneswara Nagar, Roopena Agrahara, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068)

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing IT contract positions across various technologies.
