JOB DESCRIPTION - ASSOCIATE MANAGER - ENGAGEMENTS - Paid Media

Role Overview

This individual will report into the Paid Media team. This position will work as part of a cross functional team made up of marketing, analytics, CRO, web and technology teams. The individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and implementing online/digital marketing strategies for our key clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive campaign management service quality, client retention growth
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, lead a team of analysts to develop and execute the online marketing strategy for our clients, spanning across - Search Engine Marketing, Display Marketing, Remarketing and Facebook Marketing
- Analyze campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, optimizing campaigns to produce the best return on investment
- Familiarity with storyboarding, visualization and wireframing deliverables




- Advanced knowledge of testing and optimization techniques.
- Conduct in depth data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Knowledge of Web Analytics, Tagging and other digital marketing tools.

Project management and team leadership
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team - Manage build strong team with best-in-class online marketing competencies, skills experience sets.
- Advanced project management skills to manage deliverables in terms of timelines, expectations and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Comfortable at breaking down requests from clients into deliverables for the team and to wireframe complex asks to improve TATs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
