Role & Responsibilities
- Annotate, label, classify, and validate image, video, text, audio, and document datasets according to project guidelines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure annotation accuracy and consistency.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project-specific instructions.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Report ambiguous cases and provide feedback to the Quality Assurance team.
- Maintain confidentiality and securely handle customer data.
- Learn and use annotation tools and internal software efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to continuously improve annotation quality.
- Participate in training and certification programs.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates (BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA or equivalent). BE/B.Tech graduates need not apply.




- Must be willing to work full time from the office in Bengaluru or Hosur. Work From Home (WFH) and hybrid work options are not available.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Good written English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Patient, disciplined, and capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- No prior experience required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
