The Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Early Years Childcare Educator / Trainer to deliver our structured childcare curriculum to childcare specialist candidates.
This is an on-ground trainer and facilitator role based in Pune, working directly with candidate batches, assessing progress, and ensuring that both caregiving and health-related components of the curriculum are delivered to a high standard.
Ideal Background:
A qualified nursing professional with an M.Sc. in Paediatrics, Child Health, Neonatal Nursing,
or related specialisations someone who combines strong clinical knowledge with a genuine interest in early childhood development and caregiver education.
Prior experience in childcare settings (crche, daycare, early years programmes, at-home childcare, parent education, or similar environments) will be a robust advantage.
What Youll Do
- Lead induction and orientation sessions for new candidates
Deliver structured, competency-based training modules to childcare specialist batches
Teach the full curriculum across five core modules:
- Child Development & Psychology
- Childcare & Daily Routines
- Nutrition & Feeding
- Health, Safety & First Aid
- Early Learning & Engagement
- Conduct skill assessments, return demonstrations, and competency evaluations
Facilitate simulated caregiving scenarios and practical learning sessions
Provide personalised coaching on technical skills, communication, professionalism, and caregivin
