RCI-Registered Clinical Psychologist | Cittaa

Cittaa is building mental health infrastructure for schools, corporates,We are looking for an experienced RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist to lead in-house psychological assessments for children and to supervise our team of therapists.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-house psychological and developmental assessments for children
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychometric tools
- Supervise and mentor a team of therapists/counselors, ensuring clinical quality and adherence to protocol
- Provide case consultation and clinical guidance across ongoing therapy cases
- Prepare assessment reports and collaborate with parents, schools, and internal teams as needed
- Ensure all clinical work meets RCI and ethical practice standards

Requirements
- RCI registration (mandatory)
- Master's/M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology
- Proven experience conducting child assessments (cognitive, developmental, behavioral)
- Prior experience supervising therapists or junior clinicians strongly preferred
- Robust report-writing and case documentation skills
