About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Development Manager to expand our EV Charging Station franchise network across Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in franchise acquisition, business development, channel partner development, and territory expansion.

Candidates with prior experience in EV Charging Infrastructure Development will be given strong preference. Experience in the renewable energy, solar, automobile, or infrastructure sectors will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and onboard current franchise partners across Karnataka.




- Generate qualified franchise leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.
- Conduct business presentations and explain the EV charging franchise model to prospective investors and business partners.
- Evaluate franchise applications and manage the complete onboarding process.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and project teams for successful franchise setup and commissioning.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide ongoing business support.
- Prepare market reports, sales forecasts, and business development updates for management.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events across Karnataka.
