Role Description

This is a
full time remote Software Engineer Intern
role, requiring a minimum
six-month commitment
.

The intern will work with senior engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain software components, internal tools, integrations,



and scalable technology solutions supporting CX, CCaaS, learning, and customer-engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, integrations, and internal applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, testable, and maintainable code.
- Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, consulting, product, and training teams.
- Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Apply software-engineering best practices for version control, testing, security, and documentation.
- Learn about cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, AI-enabled CX solutions, and contact-center technologies.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
