Position summary (Key tasks and outcomes):

The Fund Accounting skilled works with clients and supports the Senior Financial Analysts/Team Leads to implement new funds into AtlasFive platform and manage day-to-day fund activities in the platform, coordinating with internal resources and external stakeholders.

Job description:
- Knowledge on the functioning of alternative investments such as private equity, hedge funds, real estate funds etc.
- Calculation of carried interest/performance/incentive fees.




- Build Allocation/Distribution templates/workpaper for Capital, PnL, Waterfall Model, Opt-In, Opt-out scenarios, Subsequent Closes.
- Prepare and Review of capital calls/distributions report for distribution to clients. (ILPA reports)
- Experience in Indian AIF Fund Accounting- Knowledge of Compensatory Contribution, Subsequent Closes, Penal Interest etc.
- Participate in the implementation of fund structures into the accounting system.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the fund in the platform by monitoring, reviewing, and validating all daily activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness in calculations and processing.
- Review general ledger exceptions, identify cause and make necessary adjustments.
- Calculation of the fund’s income and expense accruals (Including but not limited to management fees) and the pricing of securities at current market value
