The Position:

Position Title: Technical Lead Agentic AI Systems

We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead the technical development and delivery of enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems built on LLMs and contemporary orchestration frameworks. This role combines hands-on programming, development with system architecture ownership and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI workflows, managing integrations with enterprise systems, and ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable, and production ready. The role also involves guiding engineering teams, establishing architectural standards, and ensuring high-quality technical execution across projects.

This is a technical ownership role suited for someone who can independently manage complex AI system implementations and drive reliable delivery from a technical standpoint.
