Job Summary

The Computer Operator cum MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate business data, preparing MIS reports, managing daily operational records, and ensuring timely data entry and documentation. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases.
- Generate reports using MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Charts, and Dashboards.
- Maintain attendance, production, sales, inventory, dispatch, and other operational records.
- Update ERP/CRM software and ensure data accuracy.




- Prepare presentations and reports for management.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and compile operational data.
- Verify, reconcile, and maintain records with high accuracy.
- Manage office documentation, filing, scanning, and digital records.
- Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information.

Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced)
- Good command of MS Word & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Google Sheets
- ERP/CRM software experience preferred
