About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT systems,



and ensuring smooth and secure IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot Windows/Mac operating systems and common business applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory / Office 365)
- Support LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and security compliance
- Assist in IT asset management and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and service support
- Ensure regular system backups and support data recovery when required
- Provide basic cybersecurity support including antivirus, endpoint security, and patch updates
