Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Office-Based)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Qualification:
- Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
