Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the poultry industry and a good understanding of technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of PoultMate across India, building relationships with poultry businesses, conducting product demonstrations, and helping customers adopt digital poultry management practices.

Comprehensive product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the poultry sector.
- Generate leads from poultry farms, integrators, hatcheries, breeders, feed companies,



and related businesses.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Explain the business benefits and ROI of PoultMate to prospective customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Travel extensively across assigned territories in India.
- Participate in poultry exhibitions, industry events, and customer engagement programs.
- Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain sales reports, customer data, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Industry Knowledge
- 2 to 5 years of experience in:
- Poultry industry sales
- Poultry farm operations
- Poultry feed, breeding, hatchery, or livestock businesses
- AgriTech or farm management solutions
