- ## Roles & Responsibilities
- As a BIW Design Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers and gain practical exposure to the automotive BIW domain. Your responsibilities include:
- * Assist in developing BIW fixture concepts, 3D models, and 2D drawings.
- * Learn the design of Geo Stations, Re-Spot Stations, Grippers, and related BIW tooling.
- * Gain exposure to BIW manufacturing processes and automotive assembly standards.
- * Learn welding line processes including Spot Welding and ARC Welding.




- * Collaborate with senior engineers to understand layouts, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements.
- * Prepare design documentation, engineering drawings, and reports.
- * Deliver assigned tasks within project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- ## Qualifications & Skills
- * NTTF / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- * Freshers (0–1 year experience) are eligible.
- * Basic knowledge of CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent CAD software.
- * Understanding of Engineering Drawings and GD&T; is an added advantage.
- * Solid willingness to learn BIW design and automotive manufacturing processes.
- * Good communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- * Attention to detail and a positive learning attitude.
